Privacy Policy

Last updated: 23 September 2026

This policy applies to the following apps published by Hit Infotech ("we", "us"):

Both apps are free, ad-supported, and do not require an account or login.

1. Information we collect

Card details you enter. When you create a card we store the card details on your device. To send you an optional Punyatithi (death anniversary) reminder, the app also sends the following to our server: the card type, the name of the departed person, your relation, the date of death and the app language. Photos you pick stay on your device and are not uploaded.

Device information. A device identifier (Android ID / iOS identifier for vendor), a push-notification token, the platform and the app version. These are used to deliver notifications and link your saved reminders to your device.

Usage and diagnostics. Anonymous usage events, crash reports and log data (device model, OS version, IP address, time of use) collected through the third-party services listed below.

Advertising data. Our ad partners may collect the advertising ID and similar information to show and measure ads.

2. How we use information

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Third-party services

The apps use these services, each with its own privacy policy:

Users in the EEA/UK are shown a consent form (Google User Messaging Platform) before personalised ads are requested.

4. Data retention and deletion

Card details sent for reminders are kept until you delete the card in the app (deleting a card also deletes it from our server) or ask us to remove it. Device records are removed when they are no longer active. To request deletion of any data linked to your device, email shradhanjaliphotomaker@gmail.com with the app name.

5. Security

Data is sent to our server over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we use commercially acceptable means to protect it.

6. Children

The apps are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Links to other sites

The apps may contain links to other sites (for example the app stores or a location link you add to a card). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page, and the date above will be updated.
